AKC CGCA Training/Therapy Dog Level Two

Service Description

This 7 week long class takes the graduates of our beginning class and puts them in more difficult and challenging situations in order to see which dogs really have what it takes to be working Therapy Dogs. By invitation only and dogs must be graduates of our beginning Therapy Dog Class. This course is 7 weeks long with the last class being the Advanced Canine Good Citizenship Test (CGCA). Meets in selected areas of Fort Collins. By the end of this class, dogs should be ready to test for Therapy Dog organizations such as Pet Partners, Delta Society or Therapy Dogs, Inc, or be brilliant ambassadors of therapy dogs at the local nursing home or rehab facility.
